DESCRIPTION

Cheese is a dairy product made from curdled or culture milk. The fresh milk gotten from cattle is processed into cheese. The local method of producing cheese is - Milking is done on a lactating cow, giving the fresh milk. Then the fresh milk is heated at low heat, Calotrpis procera, and other leaves can be used as alternative. Is crushed and added to the fresh heated milk to form the whey and the curd. The curd is the milk that coagulates to produce cheese. C. Procera has enzymatic properties and it aids the coagulation process. For cheese gotten.

THE PLAN

Cattle ranch will be made available, cattle will be introduced to the ranch then Water, Feed, Cattle shed and others will be made available for the cattle. Facilities for milk processing will be made available.
