This project entails the processing of cassava tubers into high quality industrial starch which can be used in pharmaceutical, adhesive,petroleum,beverages & food,confectioneries,cosmetics,chemical industries,soap, papermil, metallurgical, feeds,weaves,etc. Nigeria produces 46 million tonnes of cassava and highest world producer which gives room to explore the superfluity and clotting of cassava at the market. Cassava modified starch is an indispensable part of any product designer's toolkit which provides a variety of functionalities as thickened, texture agent,fat replacer,stabilizer,binder, and humidifier etc. The global modified starch market is projected to reach a value of $11.1 billion by 2020 at CAGR of 4.1% from 2015.

We plan to get cassava tubers supplier and to cultivate 6 months growth cassava stem on 10 hectares to control increase on expenses.
